Sustainable Installations Course
Any quick scroll on Instagram or Pinterest will show you some of the most awe-inspiring floral installations on the planet, leaving you wondering how they made it, and how you can make one… well the day has come.
Learn how to create amazing floral installations like a hanging flower cloud, meadow (both footed and suspended), floral arch or plinth spill, using entirely sustainable mechanics and methods that don’t harm the planet.
Dates and times: (two day course)
DATES TBC 10-4pm
Geared for aspiring or professional florists looking to upskill, this two day intensive workshop will teach you everything you need to know to create modern, sustainable installations.
Packed with an abundance of the best seasonal flowers available, you’ll learn how to make amazing versatile floral arrangements suitable for all types of events (such as weddings, launches, celebrations and parties)
We’ll also be covering:
how much flowers cost and how to price for installations
where to source materials and how to create flower recipes and plans
essential florist kit for installations
This workshop is jam-packed with as much opportunity for hands-on practice as possible. There’s no gatekeeping here, we will gladly answer as many of your burning questions about the in’s and out’s of installation floristry, that only a professional with many years of experience can share.
NOTES
We provide all the flowers, materials and equipment you’ll need. We recommend that you attend at least two of the other workshops before, as this is an intensive fast-paced course.
You will be introduced to the best blooms and materials of the season, and shown step by step, how to create each contemporary arrangement; whilst embracing sustainable, plastic, foam-free mechanics and techniques.
We love hosting, and provide a pastry breakfast, delicious light lunch and complimentary drinks whilst you are with us.
