Booking and Refund Policy

  1. Places are booked on a first-come-first-served basis upon receipt of full payment for all of our workshops and courses.

  2. On booking and paying for a workshop/course you will receive a booking and payment confirmation by email.

  3. Confirmed bookings may be cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the workshop/course date, for a full refund. Please note all workshops/courses are freely transferable to another person for the same class so you are welcome to send someone else in your place if you can’t attend.

  4. Confirmed bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to the workshop/course date, for a partial refund of 50%. 

  5. Confirmed bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the workshop/course date, cannot be refunded but we remind you that bookings are freely transferable to another person for the same class so you are welcome to send someone else in your place if you can’t attend.

  6. Please notify us via email of any cancellations, amendments or changes in the contact details provided at booking as these will be used by The Birmingham Flower School for all correspondence.

  7.  If you are unable to attend a class or classes due to illness or for any other reason, unfortunately we are unable to transfer your booking to another date or offer any extra tuition or any refunds. 

  8. The course descriptions posted on our website may be subject to variations, as we work with perishable, seasonally dependent ingredients. 

  9. Occasionally we may have to cancel or postpone a class due to unavoidable circumstances or if a class is under-subscribed. In such a case we will notify all confirmed attendees as soon as possible and offer alternative dates or full refunds on bookings. Please note we are not liable for any implicated costs such as transport or accommodation etc…

  10. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.

  11. Please let us know if you have any allergies or accessibility requirements. 

  12. All workshops and courses are designed for adult learners (18+) and are unsuitable for Minors unless explicitly worded otherwise. Workshops/courses designed for Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who is also attending the course, with consent of parents or legal caregivers.
